hi mate - yest it happened to me. i'm also very unhappy.
i spoke with the company secretary last week as i had not received any notification of my payment for 100k shares.
he said the Board cancelled the share offer early when it was fully subscribed, and so my payment the day before closing was considered too late.

they didn't bother to tell anyone of course.
i asked why wasn't is apportioned equally, and he said something about if they did it they would have too many subscribers under $2k each or something and that would not be compliant with ASIC?

i'm deep in the red on this company, having bought in at 44c years ago, and can't wait to sell out at some stage - i just need to work out what sort of loss to accept. great that they are getting their house in order, but they have shit on shareholders for years. they couldn't care less
