Don't get me wrong, what they have achieved technically is amazing, but the lack of commercial focus is astounding. I'm invested in a number of companies where the Senior Execs have simply refused to take salaries. Compare this FBR where there has been layoffs, but no adjustment to Senior Exec pay and you have to question the ability of the Pivacs to read the room. The optics are appalling, especially when they push to increase pay and go for additional shares. Where are the deals? Why should they be rewarded? Especially Mike! He's done nothing for 12 months. Grellmen is a puppet and should be ashamed of himself. Nobody with ethics could honestly say he is protecting shareholder interests. No wonder Nancy quit. If anyone can tell me why $450k to manage a pre revenue company is not enough I'd be glad to hear it.
