I Cant help thinking that poor customer service will lead to a reduction in people using this service, and considering there is 30 1 star reviews, that does not position this share well for the future. I know this is not necessarily substantial evidence to suggest that IOOF has poor customer service, it's just an interesting take on this share. I was thinking about investing but now im not to sure. What do you will think will happen in the future re MLC.
