The original aim was progressive free survival. This was achieved successfully against an extremely agressive cancer (naive B cell lymphoma) but with one of the dogs there was a huge surprise, major tumour regression. This dog had lower level of the drug in its blood than the others. With further lab research, they now think its because this medication is bi-phasic. So if they can reproduce the results of that dog in others by using a lower dose, then they've got a "block buster" on their hands.
