Seth, I am not a financial adviser, nor do I have a crystal ball. I certainly wish I did.
Much of what is happening right now isn't being talked about openly on forums - we're not into public detonation...
I will happliy give my PRIVATE take on the matter if you want to contact me via the private forum, or my email at [email protected] but it will not constitute advice per se.
For the public record though I would find it impossible to suggest old holders sell at .008 or .009 - my gut instinct says there has to be a pump yet to come - but neither would I recommend new people buy unless they were taking the risk of a trade by the short and curlys and accepting the responsibility.
