I predict Porter will not go ahead with legal action. It is all fluff and wind to defend himself. Did ABC state categorically that he had an affair or have his supporters here just drawn that conclusion themselves. As far as I see it was ABC saying he had put the security of Australia at risk by his behaviours.
Secondly he has backed the wrong horse with Clive Palmer and is on the nose in his WA electorate. The voters in his electorate are Christian conservatives and do not like this sort of hypocrisy..
