    At the moment that is impossible because the business plan or setup will not allow it.

    Agree or the CR train will keep happening as that DM strength as a CEO.

    How many times have we heard no more raises numbers don't match up then boom CR.

    No CR because we can use debt to pay for things or the facility. The guy is a salesman not a CEO.
