Aura can't be insolvent if there remain sources of funding in the form of convertible notes by Lind and ASEAN. The issue is that these each come at a price and the current CEO/Chair is at loggerheads with ASEAN and one must question his ability to think objectively given that he has so much personally at stake at the moment.
