Hmmmm, I’m no detective, but:
1. Last time FB decided to sell he didn’t tell anyone before
2. He is a large influencer here, if he is proposing selling, people will probably follow (Sorry Johnny Dexter)
3. If he knows people will probably sell, then why would he let the share price drop before he sells, thus making him lose money?
4. A-Does he want it to drop to buy more at a lower price?
B-Just being a good bloke and giving us a heads up?
