No estimate given on Enterprise gas discovery. Minerva gas (now depleted) was a 300 bcf gas discovery and in the same area as Enterprise.
I think there is another smaller exploration target just next to Enterprise which can be drilled later. Enterprise was a target that Origin didn’t paid much attention. BPT obviously saw it differently.
Just to give perspective on how Enterprise gas discovery sits on BPT Otway gas ambitions. Otway gas plant is designed to run at 210 TJ per day and is currently producing around 125 TJ per day. The aim is to find more gas to make Otway Gas Plant run at its rated capacity. In the event that more gas are discovered, the gas plant can be modified to run at 250 TJ per day. So there we go, increase production by 100% and also possibly receive higher gas prices!
