They should be able to go to 19.99% without FIRB being concerned. I've not looked at T20 for a while but i doubt this cap raise will see them near there.
to the later poster, max1980 was it, if and when the cap raise happens it will all be laid out in plain English and documents to shareholders. And you will have ample time to subscribe.
