Equipment Sale

Hello All,
I have been alerted to an auction coming up soon , to be conducted at Kanmantoo, of what I presume is the last of the mobile machinery. The list is available at Pickles.com. Other than a large production excavator, most of the other items would not hold a huge value. I would guess this sale may generate a few hundred thousand perhaps.
What does this imply? Clearly there is no intention to use the machinery in the near future. It could mean a new mining syndicate will provide their own. It could be simply a requirement for short term funds.
All points of view encouraged.
