Surely the ASX will not take this on face value. Doing due diligence on a third-party, unlisted affiliate company verbally, so there is no record of said due diligence? Great way to extend an extension even further. My opinion it has to be at a dead-end. EM1 now has no way to prove sufficient due diligence was undertaken.
