I don't see why this should rile anyone. Binding term sheets means the company is securing deals, and it is through these deals that the company is then able to generate revenue and a profit and bring value to shareholders. Performance shares as the name implies are issued based on the performance of the person in the company, and how else can they show that performance other than by literally doing the one thing that will bring revenue and money into the company?
Every other company on the ASX rewards their directors with performance shares based on milestones achieved by the company. You are literally complaining about something that every company does and making it sound like it's a bad thing MYQ does it.
