Do you know whether the voting value is based on Oct 16 or March 27?
In last meeting, it was based on the value on Oct 16.
The March 27 is a logic choice, but does not have any legal base up to now.
FH should find a better way to handle the date, otherwise the deal may be not passed by opes clients. we need wait for a few years to get any money back.
