According to Mir911 they are on site. They weren't originally, but were BEFORE the second fishing expedition. So they didn't appear to have have any better ideas.
I am not sure what you want. Your drilling fixation is suggestive of some sort of ownership in the contracting firm, or perhaps lobbying from the non-operator ? you do seem to think the JV management is so much better than the operator ?
