    They also commented, that this court thing, could bring to a head, their tenament renewals at the same time.

    Maybe its just a clever play by conspirators to get things moving.

    Anyway, the market selling down MLS in one big knee jerk reaction to .007, is one big "market got it wrong" IMO.

    Again, its an over reaction, and opportunity to get some MLS extremely cheaply.

    We have plenty of cash, and the original results would have us think there might be some good indications we could string a resource together in the future.

    The tenament renewals, i asked about that the next period is for a term of two years? And they said, that given that is the maximum term for an exploration licence in total, their next step would be to procure a mining tenure.

    So, after the renewals, you can bet they are strongly motivated to get a resource together, to advance it.

    So you just have to weigh up the percieved miniscal risk on any legal issues, with note we have the cash to get through it, vs the upside to the next BMN of Namibia.
