Well I am sure not all the crediors are in shares that have to have so many to have buy back. Also, I am sure there were be plenty of seller that would come our of the woodwork to sell to you.
I am also sure many company directors and large shareholders will see this a potential exit strategy from some companies because moving foward, basically many of the penny dreadful shares are just dead and buried and have no hope in hell of getting back to their previous high. If you havent noticed, the spec bubble has burst.
I just wonder how many creditor if offered, would take their shares back now?
