Corprate did you miss this?What will be quicker going to court or getting money off FH? "we estimate the first dividend payable under the Scheme COULD be paid in
October 2009(they will stretch even this out ). Future dividends would be paid as further realisations are achieved
by the Liquidators in relation to the residual assets. Fh will draw these payment over years. WHAT DIVIDEND ?FH won't pay interest they will just bleed the money.
