I am all for paying out when performance is good, but bugger me we were briefly in the 30c mark then in the 20c range for a short period, now I'm seeing my shares trading around 10-12c . that is not the SP I expect it to be, the targets are piss weak. how about we get back in the 20c range before we start talking performance shares. Been holding this for too long, I will be more willing to line their pockets the same time they line the pockets of the mum and dad share holders that have been holding for a number of years.
