The way I read their circular you will get all the settlement money in one hit. The bit referring to additional recoveries meant the insurance and any recoveries from clients who were negative as at march 27.
My guess 35 cents in the first go andf another 5 cents over the next 2 years. Thats OK until you realise thay FH could pay the 35 cents out 2-4 weeks after it gets approval not 4 months. The 4 months is rubbish its simply a grab for an extra million or two in fees.
