There are some great thought provoking comment being thrown around. Everything needs to be taken into consideration, not just the financial outcome. Emotional outcome is also very important. To lose everything like family and friends and to be morphed to be forever twisted would need to be worth much more than an extra 20c if that. Timeframe to get to that, well who knows.
For those that have token a huge toll both financially and emotionally, perhaps the decission is a little easier moving forward. For those more cashed up, a fight may seem more worthwhile.
