The management made a decision to move away from the domestic market , They now need to revisit this as the sales are now coming from this sector and Simon was generating good interest and sales until he stuffed it up. With a 30% reduction in costs this area should now be viable. Its an area were a small amount of marketing would go a long way. Its no longer viable to sit and wait for the market to come to you. And then maybe we wouldn't be talking about selling out to China. The fact are plain they haven't been able generate the sales from the telco after 5 years of concerted effort and its now past time to broaden their approach . I for one tried over a number of years to buy a battery and Redflow made it to difficult by insisting you go to a dealer network which wasn't capable of dealing with customers . So have rethink because what you are doing now isn't working. Putting all the eggs in a Chinese basket is not the answer you are only going to end up with scrambled eggs .
