$640m is the estimated total client creditors claims if all claims for damages are accepted at the higher of March 27 or ruled netted off claim value.
The difference of roughly $55m is due to the increase in some client claims between March 27 and when their account was netted off."
It still holds true then the max pay-out for March 27 electors is just 37c ($253m-$16m/$640m).
