Yes you are right SharesRfun, I will correct you. The WA miners are still working under the Work Choices agreements so why are miners being laid off all over the place? Individual agreements still apply all over the place and people are losing their jobs. WorkChoices was a way of dominating workers by taking away collective bargaining rights and making unions totally innefective. But go on convince us the libs still want Work Choices because its a sure way of keeping them out of office while that is the case.
