Just looking at the charts of WTI, and it seems to me that the weekly chart is looking set for a surge through resistance after a 3 month base.
Added to that there is a lot of fundamental reasons why Oil will be going up http://www.theoildrum.com/node/5130 a 30 minute video with slides...interesting stuff. Of course all this means nothing if Stronga doesnt agree
