Yep this one is a “just close your eyes and buy” type stock, then always consider the chance to add/accumulate more when you have the capital and/or on any dips 10% or greater.
If management can lease 10MW capacity to one client, it’s a no-brainer that there has to be at least another 5-10 clients of that size in the pipeline because DC storage for Govt & other high security sectors is a closed shop. As far as I know only MAQ and CDC/IFT have DCs that can accomodate this market.
