Almost half of ICI is owned by FFG, so there is a direct correlation between ICI and FFG performance. I think it is roughly 192M shares, owned by FFG.
Additionally, last time when I e-mailed ICI investor relations (through [email protected]), I was directed to FFG investor relations and they replied to my query, so FFG appears to be heavily involved on their board and management too, which makes sense.
