In brief:
1. Political risk is not a factor for us at this stage, we are Greenfield's (with connected management) with a basement MC. Our goal first and foremost is to discover a deposit on these prospective tenements. A discovery appreciates company value regardless of where it is, especially from a low MC. It also gives us optionality i.e pursue development or just sell the asset with a discount for sovereign risk. Anyway, The Magafuli government has shown they can do business, as seen by Barrick lately.

2. You could say that the management is the moat and ADD is a vehicle to create value from their strategy, that's what I think anyway. Pete buying 1M shares last month also says a lot.
