I can tell you from my logistics background- to maintain temperature -18 deg.. you will need special envirotainers for airfreighting goods around the world.. now that’s not cheap.. there it are different sized RAP e2 etc. can cost anywhere between AUD8,000-$10,000 from US as you will need to return them back to origin!!.
I guess if Pfizer is successful AU government will fund this and charter whole aircraft which will cost approximately US300-400,000 USD yes that is correct plus cost of envirotainers..
It would be extremely difficult to get them over to 3rd world countries..
i guess MSB can be more cost effective option..
