Getting a strong feeling the deal will be a mix of asset sale and assurance of loan, from most likely shell.
if they specifically mentioned debt raising, than there shouldn't be capital raising.
Getting an awfully strong feeling that someone will loan NXS the money to get the project started ASAP, which is logical if they are taking a stake in the project as well.
BTW FYI, the employment position offered by NXS are gone as of last week, since there's no news of project stopping can only assume the necessary personnel for the project have being recruited.
