8. Moody's said Goodman's gearing had deteriorated since June 30, notably because of its investments in Europe. Moody's vice-president and senior analyst Clement Chong said that despite Goodman's good track record on capital management, the agency was concerned that falling asset valuation and difficulty in selling assets would constrain its ability to raise capital.
