Upon further thinking black swans prob do suggest a return to the mean in general, but volatilty still can kill right ? Being flipped around on leverage just hurts ... aka LTCM ...
And in the end, it was black swans who killed the nobels at LTCM ... :)
Our big question is where do we make money from here ? I am thinking oil and oil services .. and any major mean to reversion trades ? (thus the interest !) anything further ?
