A well thought out post @T.E.P. Regardless of whether these charges are true or not we can all agree that it is important to have a quality and trustworthy board in place. These are some serious charges here and investors will only naturally tread lightly when considering to invest from the sidelines. Agree that a refresh could be timely as the company looks to execute on a new growth strategy. I will be voting against re-election.
