    Okay. How about the following reasoning.
    One of the directors was to retire but has obviously stepped back in to fill the gap. The other director is probably approaching retirement. As has been mentioned many times in these posts, their only means of income is through dividends so a slow cautious approach with regular dividends is their retirement funding. Why would they want to put that at risk?
    The younger directors were appointed to sniff out gold, along with their mining experience. One at least had a heap of options pending which were convertible at 5.5cents from memory. They had time on their side, experience and the financial incentives to push things a bit harder than the old bulls. I just find it hard to believe that they would have resigned because they didn't like the Big Hairy Audicious Goals of the old bulls. The other way around just seems more logical to me.
