guessing this way TMZ carries the burden of mining approvals and financing, whilst we walk away with 5.7m cash, 19% stake and a seat on their board.
end November is shaping up to be interesting time. still waiting on drill results (getting sick of saying it haha) !!!
this of course is just an opinion.
