They won't be targeting the US for while to come. (IMO ALC will get bought out before then anyway, around $500 million). Their health systems are vey different to ours. Plenty of big opportunity in current markets as Chaddy as mentioned however, the word is spreading, and the SP seems to be back on track with some decent parcel sized buying.
