Yeah I did. I shared my findings on another thread here somewhere. I used a sleep tracking device (Oura ring) which showed consistently higher REM and deep sleep when taking kava. This confirmed the general consensus on here that people felt better rested when taking kava as it improves the sleep quality. I found the noble kava worked better for me than the sleep one (go figure? Lol).
