    I strongly advise everyone here to send him a quick email asking for clarifications. Issuing a half page notice to shareholders explaining the current status is the least that they can do! we all bought shares in a public company that overpromised and underdelivered. They should at least let us know what happened to the NASDAQ IPO which led them to delist from ASX and what the current plan is.
