This was their 2nd strike of the remuneration report. This type of resolution requires 25% + 1 vote to accept the remuneration and anything less is a strike. As this was a second strike a spill resolution at THIS AGM was in play and at this the vote had to have been 50% plus 1 vote to then go to a spill of the board of .BoD meeting to be held in 90 days. If it went to this spill the MD position (Ben Bell) is the only one not to spill. However it did not get to that.
