Bought a package of DC2 this afternoon, and looking to buy more again tomorrow or Monday (long term hold).

As long as our internet reliance continues (and it will) to surge I cannot see data centers reducing in demand. That was my initial thoughts when looking at NextDC in 2010 ($40m IPO), and before that Equinix (current SP $760USD, MC $67b).

Not a complicated thesis in the slightest, but has thankfully allowed me to accumulate a sizeable amount of wealth.

Crazy to think I thought our reliance to the internet was bullish in the early 2000s (EQIX IPO'd in mid 2000, NXT 2010) when I was just figuring out what i could do my DoDo dial-up internet. Absolutely blows my mind how much we need data centers now.
