    I see no problem here. No dilution. The shares are going to top20 individuals. They want the shares. Happy to buy them at current SP. Anything cheaper is a gift. I'm still in hope prior to phase3 and FDA news flow to buy shares cheaper than what they are today. Patiently waiting. And happy holding.
