Firstly, I agree its good that a company responds to changes in the market, opportunities and price of commodities.
However, as far as I am concerned, Havilah has no clear timetable of how they will get to production which any decent company on the ASX has. For example, an expected timeline of a scoping study, PFS, DFS, FID, Funding, Construction and Production so investors know the company is working towards creating value for shareholders. But the issue with this is, it will be much easier to hold the management accountable if there was a clear timeline.

Not sure what this has to do we with anything I wrote but if by close interest in FMG you mean I am a holder of FMG, that is correct and its my largest holding in my portfolio.
To say FMG might have an interest in HAV is a bit of a stretch.
Would I want FMG or any other player with capital to takeover HAV or JV on Kalkaroo or Grants Basin? Yes I would, no doubt as I believe that would be the best outcome.

Havilah's market cap it significantly undervalued and I would be the first to say that. But it has been undervalued for a very long time and no one has come swooping in with any decent offer so I don't see it happening any time soon even though I wish it did happen.

'Talk it down and get in cheaply is your strategy'... Really? Didn't know you knew what I am thinking and that's a bold statement that could possibly have legal ramifications, just some friendly advice. Flabbergasted by that wild accusation.

To be clear, I am just trying to have a discussion about Havilah which is what HC is about. Its about having multiple point of views that creates healthy discussion.

But 1) If I wanted to get in cheaply, I would just wait for the CR. IMO, it will have to be done with a pretty decent discount unless sophisticated or institutional backing is secured so I would just purchase it then at around 15-16 cents is my estimate if I wanted to. Furthermore, IMO options would be attached with the CR to entice as many holders to take up their offer as well.

    2) What some shareholders don't realise is that Havilah was/possibly still is (depending on the outcome of the CR) only1.5 quarters roughly away from external administration. Hence why I have no sentiment at the moment.

    3) It seems as soon as someone has a different view of the consensus or highlights a negative aspect of the stock, they must have a clear strategy to 'talk it down and get in cheaply' or have some ulterior motive which I don't. I try to add something different to the discussions. I have seen this on other threads and forums on HC and its probably the biggest issue.

    4) 'But we rusted on believers won't let it go so easily' I couldn't care less what you or the rusted on believers do. But just keep in mind, AJM rusted on believers believed their way into administration.

Thank you to @Clark888, @J L, @Guerilla and others who have contributed to the HAV discussion over the years.

I might take my research, time and effort to other threads where alternate views are welcomed and not attacked with false claims of 'Talk it down and get in cheaply is your strategy'.

Best of luck to all holders, sincerely wish the best for all in Havilah and other stocks you are invested in.

    All IMO and DYOR.
