Convertible to shares at 20 cents or repayment (whatever the lender wants) If management doesnt get something happening in the next 18 months that gives it access to funds to repay this loan I think the technology might well end up being owned by the sheiks of abu dhabi.
The sheiks have got themselves a very good deal and we have got money that we really needed. So while it is risky, it is a welcome outcome in my opinion.
