My partner started it last week. She would wake up mulitple times a night and once woken up, wouldn't get back to sleep for 1-2 hours sometimes. After taking 'noble' kava, she said she's been sleeping through the whole night. Now apologies for those who do not want this much information, but the general stress of life recently has caused her period cycle to be a little off (late). It just so happened that she was due to get her period a few days ago and was surprised to get it bang on time. She'd stoked and told me to stock up on it at Coles due to the 50% discount.
