The ease of using the Oz Lotteries (Jumbo) website (and presumably the app) gives me a lot of confidence that this good experience will be replicated through the LotteryWest white label arrangement.
One assumes that LotteryWest would have very closely looked at JIN's good record in a competitive marketplace.
The only thing that slightly worries me is that JIN's success may be built a bit too much around its CEO, but hopefully with the company now having at least 160 staff, there is a succession plan in place should anything untoward occur. I'm certainly not wishing it does, and God willing, it won't but from afar it's natural to wonder if companies like this are at risk of being a 'one man show'.
