Volume prior to this announcement was miserable, multiple 0 days in a row and then the odd day with a couple thousand shares sold. Now it is getting 50k-200k+ shares traded in a day. I'd say that is quite a jump in buyer interest. 1 week ago highest buy bid was 18c, now we have 250,000 in volume buy bids higher than that price. There definitely is interest, also don't forget that top 20 hold like 87% of the shares, so there is not a large amount of volume to be traded in the first place.
