I am all for renewables... but EV charge stations are something that I struggle to value in as an investment... the timeframes for charging, non standardised connections, energy supply, location, what to do with patrons while their vehicle charges and quantity of spaces per location... such variables!
Personally I agree that it is a token (non-core) component to IFT and just happy to see great RoR achieved on the capital invested. It would be nice to see IFT invest in perhaps grid scale power storage in Australia... pumped hydro or BESS... with the view of subcontracting operations out to TLT or other established player in industry. Very real first mover advantages available in this area right now with excellent pay back periods for early movers.
