    That wasn't pointed out anywhere in the comment I was responding to. Either way, I think people are bullish BECAUSE of that, rather than despite it. Governments are going to build/pay their way out of recession, and a lot of that will go towards building the infrastructure you correctly pointed out is currently not going to meet future demand
