Correction,
The plant will produce 20,000 gigalitres of water per annum when it is producing 20 gigatonnes of Coldry pellets from 40 gigatonne of lignite per annum.
(It will produce 2 gigalitres of clean water from 4 gigatonne of valley lignite in the first phase )
(20c/kilolitre adds up....it basically pays the middle men's supply and thru-put royalties)
